Children’s Portraits – It’s all about being in the right place at the right time!

Photographing children is challenging, but the effort is so worthwhile.  Capturing a special moment in the day of any child can yield a cherished keepsake that will last a lifetime.

Our approach to children’s portraiture is simple and effective.  We just give children something to do that interests them and let their own personalities shine through.  We use this method whether we are photographing a children in the studio or on location such as a park or beach.

We take the time to allow each child to get comfortable with the photographer as well as with the equipment.  Once that happens, the results can be simply amazing.

We set the stage for those priceless moments to happen and then wait for just the right instant to grab them.  And we usually are well rewarded for our patience with images that are better than we could have imagined.  The expressions are priceless and photographs are real!
